The troop has 8 canoes that we use a lot, and some of the members have personal kayaks that we use as well for all kinds of fun activities

Summer or Winter Camps

Summer and winter camps give scouts opportunities to experience many high-adventure and outdoor activities like ATV, rock climbing, shooting, hiking, fishing and much more.  They also practice leadership skills and make new friends while at camp.

We have several scouts and leaders certified in Open Water and we are hoping to keep scuba as part of our regular activities.

We plan a yearly Spring Break trip to Durango Colorado to do some skiing and snowboarding.

This is the traditional Scouting experience for youth in the fifth grade through high school. Service, community engagement and leadership development become increasingly important parts of the program as youth lead their own activities and work their way toward earning Scouting’s highest rank, Eagle Scout.
